  For our purposes, we are recruiting:

• Technical Support Engineer
• Mission:

- Manage technical incidents

- Monitoring and Managing the incidents

- Ensure quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents

- Diagnose and / or resolve technical customer problems level 2 and 3.

- You must ensure preventive maintenance and customer relationship

- Provide knowledge sharing

• Profile:

-Computer Engineer ENSI , FST , INSAT or equivalent

-A maximum of one year of experience

- A first experience in development OO will be highly appreciated

- Fluency in business English is required.
