Trade Finance Product Officer

Role description:

The Trade Finance Product Officer will be a representative of the Trade Finance in ABC internally and externally. He will be responsible for assisting relationship managers to enhance their knowledge regarding trade finance and ensure corporate growth of trade flows. He will be the first interlocutor for all commercial, technical, and reporting matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting relationship managers to enhance their knowledge regarding trade finance and ensure corporate growth of trade flows.

• Improving the bank’s Trade finance offerings

• Ensuring the efficiency of operating processes along with maintaining a continuous coordination with the bank’s back office.

• Developing Trade finance TOI within Wholesale Banking and be a privileged interlocutor of trade Finance for all business, technical and reporting matters.

• Proposing action plans and ensuring their implementation.

• Developing a large trade portfolio

• Constituting and maintaining a network of connections with local structures and organisms specialized in foreign trade and participating in exhibitions and events related to international trade

Prerequisites:

Background:

• Master of trade techniques

Skills:

• Good coaching skills.

• Fluency in English

• High reactivity.

• Good negotiation capabilities and initiative mindset.

• Business oriented and risk awareness.
