Primary Role
- Responsible of the P&L develops and implements business development strategies
- As the management team of the Commercial organization partners with marketing , medical and market access for implementing the business strategy
- Designs and implements sales force and business development strategy to maximize results on key financial objectives
- Manages and develops sales team through effective coaching
- Monitors and maximizes sales force effectiveness ,
- Participation/Lead in projects as defined by the Tunisia &NFA and Emerging Markets

Essential Functions
Responsibilities
- Builds the business strategy in alignment with marketing ,medical and patient access strategies to be implemented to the field force to meet business objectives
- To maximize the business benefit, sales and profit, through the local implementation of Shire marketing strategy by organizing all necessary contacts and activities in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs and within the agreed promotional and cost budget.
- Develops annual sales budgets in businesses, proactively lead to build sales organization to meet annual targets and manage the sales organization.
- Ensures the correct flow and implementation of all strategies by the field force, coordinating all promotional and sales activities
- Identifies obstacles to sales and recommends strategies and process improvements to overcome them
- Develops and implements annual Territorial Sales Plan
- Provides monthly and quarterly sales performance updates, revisions as well as modifications to the plan when necessary
- Manages and develops sales team through effective coaching
- Reviews Sales Force Effectiveness and related data to monitor appropriate allocation of resources, progress against area target, customer value delivery, etc
- Manage the distribution channel strategy
- Effectively interact with physicians and KOL’s
- Determines the medical knowledge gaps/improvement areas of the field and set relevant trainings/tests/detailing/role-play tools in cooperation with the Medical Manager.
- Ensure the regional business needs in terms of visits, clinical support etc are considered in then fulfilled, by acting as a bridge between the field force and Medical Manager.
- Consolidates and evaluates all competitive information from the regions to support the Business.
- Manage all Human Resource management issues across the Sales Force
- Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Corporate Compliance Policy
- Building strong relations with all key stakeholders, ensure their engagement in accordance with strategies.
- Leads the field force for crucial business strategy in terms of segmentation
