Lubricants Operational Excellence Manager

Job Purpose:- Responsible of driving lubes business development and ensuring operational excellence with the B2C/indirect channel.
- Support distribution structure in order to optimize costs, improve efficiency and ensure best in class distribution model.
- A strong focus will be on developing and managing relationships with partners/distributors and working with them on business growth opportunities, increasing efficiency and operational excellence.
- Lead and implement initiatives and project supporting marketing and sales team to implement and ensure a high level of operational execution in order to grow business. Works in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to maximize all sales opportunities.
- Lead & Drive project of Route To Market (RTM) restructuration in order to implement an FMCG mindset within Lubes distribution model,
- Ensure implementation of operational excellence with our partners/customers : High level of service and standards that meets Vivo Energy and Shell standards,
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, Finance, marketing, Operations, and CSC to develop, coordinate, optimize to attain Business Excellence success.
- Regularly evaluate systems and processes to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved.
- Bachelor degree in Sales or Marketing
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in FMCG industry
- Strong experience in distributor management, channel management / RTM optimization
- Strong Project management skills, problem solving, organizational and planning skills.
- Clear strategic mindset with analytical focus.
