IT Support Technician

For its expanding organization in Monastir Habib Bourguiba International Airport, TAV Information Services is currently looking for an IT Support Technician - Support technician will receive calls and e-mails from helpdesk and deliver immediate first level technical support (Back office, Airport applications, systems and network) to TAV IS customers. - Contribute solving complicated technical troubles with administrators. - Monitor all equipment and system status to make sure they all work in a proper way. - Investigate the system's alerts before raising the issue to an upper level of support. - Ensure periodic maintenance of IT equipment. [wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] Skills and Qualification - Excellent command in English (Written and spoken). - University degree in Computer Science. - Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Eager to learn new technologies - Good knowledge of network environment (TCP/IP, RTC,͙). - Familiar with Linux command. - A minimum of experience in a similar environment is a plus. - Database related knowledge is a plus - Airport-related experience is a plus - Microsoft Windows certification is a plus - Able to work in Tunisia and willing to travel in case of any requirement. - Must be ready to work day shift, night shift, during weekends and public holidays.
