Then prove yourself to us as Telco Fraud refers to all unwanted financial losses at telecom operators that are being caused by deliberate actions. The Business Unit Fraud delivers the industry’s most efficient, advanced and largest Interconnect (anti-)Fraud services. The Service Consultants provide a holistic, smart and multi-language testing service approach. SIGOS will prepare you for this interesting challenge by providing you with extensive training (no previous Fraud Management experience required). Your responsibilities:  Managing customer accounts and acting as the single point of contact throughout the contracts  Handling communication with the customers autonomously and building a strong professional relationship with them  Conducting Interconnect testing campaigns and translating customer needs into service specifications  Advising customers on how to handle Fraud cases  Writing reports and delivering presentations on the results  Closely cooperating with colleagues in your team and different departments [wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] Your profile:  University degree  Professional work experience, ideally within customer relations  Excellent communication skills in English and French.
