If you are agile and action oriented and you are fluent in French and English, both written and oral…Then, this job is for you!   [wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] RISE TO THE CHALLENGE Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will develop business strategies and objectives based on consumer and competitive insights in the assigned territory and align them with PM partners.   More specifically you will

• Make sure to fulfil the company’s overall business targets in the market.
• Propose, implement and manage territory level Business Plan.
• Manage Territory Data gathering and reporting for the assigned territory.
• Continuously monitor new product and package innovations, new opportunities
• Supervise the implementation of territory level Business Plan, cycle plans and budgets for the assigned territory
• Control and track all major budget parameters in assigned territory and ensure that reporting requirements are met.
• Ensure development of the organizational skills and competencies required to implement Business strategy in the assigned territory and fulfil business objectives through recruitment, talent & performance management and development actions.
• Foster the effective team and work environment and encourage initiative to allow individuals within the organization to maximize their potential in the job and increase the overall performance in organization, team spirit and motivation.
