Position Summary The Senior Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion activities within a certain geographic territory.

[wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] Primary Tasks- Visit physicians to promote Pfizer products and maximise all opportunities in the process of closing a sales call and contributing to taking a bigger market share.
- Distribute product samples and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with HCPs to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products.
- Provide approved information to HCPs on Pfizer products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.
- Ensure that physicians are adequately stocked with Pfizer products and distributes ordering information.
- Provide feedback to Vaccines Tunisia/Libya Lead on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access.
- Report visits and other activities using SFA system on regular bases.
- Prepare short term and long term POA for his territory/line of products in association with Vaccines Tunisia/Libya Lead which details activities to follow to achieve individual sales target.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to HCP of various solutions the company’s products offer patients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within their assigned territory, to maximise its potential.
- Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Vaccines Tunisia/Libya Lead; however the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his geographical territory.

- Supportive department (GEP, BT, Medical, Marketing, Finance, HR, Regulatory Affairs)
- Opinion Leaders and Field Experts.
- Having been promoting products toward pediatricians is a plus
- Medical, Pharmaceutical or veterinary Education Background.
- Pharmaceutical sales knowledge/ experience.
- Effective Selling skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
- Good in French.
- Targeted selection principles.
