Main Responsabilities:
- Ensure the perfect execution of the weekly promotional plan in compliance with existing processes
- Work closely with the local teams to ensure that customer communication strategy meets requirements
- Monitor and report the channel performance to Head of CRM
- Ensure the good implementation of CRM projects defined by CRM Manager
- Put in place efficient processes to maximize ROI
- Co Lead A/B teasing
- Improve and optimize cross-channel communication
Profile Required:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and wirtten in French and English
- 1 year’ experience with a solid foundation in Digital or CRM
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, HTML & SQL
- Fast learner, accurate, systematic and methodical
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated and driven
