HRS Operations Specialist
North Africa

The HRS Specialist will work with internal & external customers, business leaders and will be responsible of the timely delivery of the high quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies. This position is focussed on the region North-Africa and will be based in Tunisia ( Nabeul) and will closely co-operate with the local HRS team and all related department and also work with different Service Hubs.
The HRS Specialist will be responsible to fulfill wide range of HRS operation related tasks from admin to projects according to the Service Catalog & Service Level Agreement.
To be successful you will need to be very well organized, effective, have ideas for continuous improvement with sound project/process management skills, able to work within a virtual team and across functional organizations, always keeping the HR strategy in mind.

Responsabilities:
- On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements) and contract modifications
- Time and attendance systems ( 50% of the time)
- Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing
- Exit and leave administration
- Employee letters
- Medical and benefits administration
- HRS providers invoice check and necessary administration
- Reports related to HRS Operations
- Support HRS Operations related audits
- Managing HRS services requests in Salesforce according to SLA
- Answering to employees queries and directs them to the right channel if needed
- Manage local or regional projects
- Responsible to prepare, maintain and improve processes including process maps, SOP, SLC
- Records management: file and retrieve data
- Manage process integration if required
- Initiate improvement ideas and actions it, advice on continuous improvement opportunities outside of own role

- Comply with all required policies & local labour law
HR Processes and tasks done by the HRS OPS Tunisia:
- Complete the work accident declaration
-Complete the new EE CNSS Number request
-Complete all type of contracts and monthly renewal of contract for manufacturing EE
-Responsible of all the EE file consultation
-The management of all types of medical visits and exams on site, with the collaboration of -working Tunisian group of medicine”.
-Storage all important docs in EE files.
-On boarding process-(integration of new EE, welcome communication, complete checklists etc..
-Leave process
-Reports to HRG-HSE- site leader

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree

- Ability to respond appropriately to customer needs and provide guidance
- Some administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution.
- Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
