EXPERT RECRUITERS is the Division of GEDI specializing in the Research and Selection of Middle and Senior Management. __________________________________________________________________ For an automotive multinational Company, we are looking for: QUALITY MANAGER – TUNISIA The Quality Manager ensures that products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer. He/ She will guarantee the final product is properly tested and inspected to make sure it has been built in compliance with all technical and legal standards and meets customer expectations. [wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] Main responsibilities: · Understanding and supervise the requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance · Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations in every step of the process; · Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedbacks · Actively take part in all related product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards · Inspect final output and compare the final output to requirements · Approve the right products or reject defectives · Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis · Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met · Submit detailed reports as required and on a regular basis to local management and to Group Management (Group Quality Manager/CEO/BOD) [wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] Main Requirements:

• Proven experience as a quality manager (automotive sector)
• Deep knowledge of production (manufacturing and logistics) management
• Languages: English as a must, French strongly required, Italian as a plus.
• Previous work experience in Maghreb is strongly requested

Locations: TUNIS, TUNISIA Job Type: Permanent, full time. Salary + benefit to be defined according to the seniority and skills.
