- Managing the ALS team.
- Providing technical support for customers.
- Providing technical support for the ALS team.
- ESP design and applications.
- ESP model matching and production optimization.
- Perform presentations of ALS technologies for customers.
- Participate in tender preparation.
- Stock Management.
- Coordinate with finance team the billing/collection process.
- Coordination with the logistics team.
- Proven experience within Artificial Lift and ESP roles.
- Thorough understanding of rig operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills within a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in use of computer based programs related to application of products and engineering of wells.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office products
