• Coordination of Artificial Lift operations.
• Managing the ALS team.
• Providing technical support for customers.
• Providing technical support for the ALS team.
• ESP design and applications.
• ESP model matching and production optimization.
• Perform presentations of ALS technologies for customers.
• Participate in tender preparation.
• Stock Management.
• Coordinate with finance team the billing/collection process.
• Coordination with the logistics team.

Qualifications/Requirements  

• Proven experience within Artificial Lift and ESP roles.
• Thorough understanding of rig operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills within a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in use of computer based programs related to application of products and engineering of wells.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office products
