QA / QC MANAGER

We are looking for a QA/QC Manager for our Power Plant project in Tunisia. The position will be located on the site in Rhades, Tunis. Required qualifications are: · University degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, · Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control and inspection of works in various disciplines, ie. earthworks, civil, mechanical, piping, welding and electrical, [wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"] · Experience in management of multiple subcontractors at industrial construction project sites, · Experience in ASME Stamping of large scale pressure equipment and/or power boilers, such as HRSG’s and boiler external piping, · Experience in preparation, development and management of site specific Inspection and Test Plans and project specific procedures, · Experience in long term and large scale industrial and/or power plant projects, · Experience in working with engineering/consultancy, construction companies for large-scale international projects, · Experience in handing-over large scale project quality documentation to Employer, · Knowledge of Major Codes/Standards - ASME: I, II, V, VIII, IX, B31.1, ASTM and European Norms, · Knowledge of managing Non-destructive testing Works, · Knowledge of managing welding activities including creep strength enhanced ferritic steels, · Knowledge of Corrosion and Painting Inspections, · ISO 9001-2008/2015, EN 3834-2 experience is an asset, · Holding NDE/Painting/Corrosion/CSWIP 3.1/3.2 certificates is an asset, · Excellent planning and coordination of site works, · Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business, · Excellent command of English, French and Arabic.[wbcr_html_snippet id="114343"]
