Head of Credit

Description de l'annonce:

As the Head of Credit you’ll have the overall responsibility for credit decisions for the Bank’s Corporate and Retail clients, working in alignment with the relevant credit teams and committees. You’ll have the support of an experienced team of Credit Officers and manage a wide variety of stakeholders in both front office and across Credit Risk department. Essentially you’ll be:

• Reviewing, approving, declining or recommending to appropriate higher authority, corporate credit applications for new originations, renewals or modification of existing loans terms and conditions
• Reviewing and analyzing Retail loans and Loans’ Product programs to ensure that accepted underwriting standards are complied with
• Responsible for the quality of loans including Watchlist loans, loan delinquencies and monitoring of classified loans
• Responsible for enforcing the bank’s credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensuring alignment to the Central Bank regulation
• Continuously monitoring loans, to ensure annual reviews are well documented and risk ratings are accurate, identifying deteriorating credits and taking appropriate action to mitigate risk and communicate performance and concerns to top management.
• Participating in defining the bank’s risk appetite
• Supervising and coaching a team of Wholesale credit officers and Retail Banking underwriters

• Banking/Finance or Economics degree or equivalent
• Master or certification in accountancy and/or finance, business or economics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and credit assessment in Banking
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism, capacity to analyze and synthesize
• Problem solving and strategic thinking

Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator

Reports to Project Sponsor & Head of IT, the PMO Coordinator will assist in the definition and maintenance of the project management standards and processes for Information technology program implementation. Act as the source of documentation, metrics on the practice of local project management tasks and execution. Support the successful delivery of programs undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. Assist with advising the project sponsor and managing the project teams on the best use of project disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries within the bank. Retail Loans Recovery Officer

Description de l'annonce:

Attached to the Credit & Risk department, The Retail Loans Recovery Officer is responsible for assessing all possible outcomes with aim of identifying, quantifying and minimizing the loss that could be incurred on impaired Retail assets at the ABC-Tunisie & ABC-Tunis units. • Job context and main contacts :

- To work closely with legal department and other departments of the Bank when necessary to fix different issues. Outside the Bank, mainly to work with law firms, experts, judicial Administration, other governmental administrations when necessary, to provide them necessary information and to assist them to have positive outcome in all involved legal actions. - Provide the LCCC necessary updates related to Retail NPL’s portfolio, - To work and provide all information when requested by both Internal and External Auditors, - Manage relationships with debt collection companies, - Liaise and coordinate major remedial actions with group RLU.

• Knowledge : - experience of insolvency law, Bankruptcy and litigation procedures, - Excellent PC skills with advanced EXCEL spreadsheet knowledge and good skills in all other MS application including Outlook, - Excellent Arabic language skills essential, plus French.
