Job Description:
Within the R&D team, some of your key responsibilities will be:- Prepare and run unit test cases, test campaigns and test plans for both manual and automated tests based on the functional specifications and customer requirements.
- Suggest new enhancement of the existing systems,existing tools/technologies and testing standards and procedures
- Assure world-class solutions’ release quality using QA tools and best practices combined with programming tools when needed.
- Undertake software development activities such as coding, reviewing, testing, fixing errors
Profile requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Professionally fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid IT engineer background including algorithmic design and analysis on top of code writing techniques and best practices& advances algorithmic design and analysis skills
- Efficiently work and produce when working with a team
- Awareness of project specific processes and technology
- Innovative, flexible and able to view solutions from the end-user’s point of view
- Proactive and capable of prioritizing tasks and projects
- Analytic problem solver and troubleshooter with a cross functional awareness

QA Team leader
An excellent opportunity to join us as “QA Team Leader” within the R&D department, This is a permanent role, and you will be responsible for a Q/A team working on all ACP solutionssuite.This is a key role in a strong developing business area “Axe Finance”
Job Description:
Some of your key responsibilities will be:- Set up an agile Q/A process compliant with DevOps approach and proper/fitting R&D and implementation tight deadlines.
- In charge of ACP suite documentation.
- Dispatch and assign tasks to team members based on priority and available headcount/slot per solution.
Profile requirements:
Some of your key responsibilities will be:- This is an English speaking role: professionally fluent in English, have proven experience on working in an international environment
- 5-7 years of experience working in a similar position
- Someone who is a strong leader in technology, familiar with e.g:TFS, Jira, Q/A reporting and KPIs, .NET, programming techniques, software life cycle and related methodologies and standards, agile methodology, functional and business skills.
- Soft skills: Team Management, Stress & Time Management, Conflict Management, Interpersonal communication
- Hold and conduct meetings and Techniques presentation.
