Your Role
You will join one of our Recruitment Platform Hub based in Tunis to contribute in strengthen Amaris growth on an international level. You will coordinate recruitment processes for our worldwide subsidiaries according to the business priorities and define the recruitment strategy to reach the goal set up by the board.
You will be evolving in the IT Business Line of the group, focus your activity on the new technologies and the evolution of the market.
The aim of your position will be to develop the business through recruitment trends but also co-building from scratch a team in a new platform, giving common objective to this hub in the department.
Definition and adjustments of the recruitment strategy
- KPIs’ follow-up of your team
- Strategic talent acquisition and business watch
- Markets’ best practices
- Key profiles analysis and turnover management.
- Social media direct approach
- Coordinate head hunting actions
- Synergies enhancement and communication
- Campus events participation (career fairs, job datings, conferences…)
- Recruitment and development of your international Talent Acquisition Team
- Involvment in diverse HR projects (training creations, tools and processes improvement)
- Modify the recruitment strategy according to market’s changes
- Be a business partner, bringing qualitative solutions to each client.
- Meetings’ leader and proven proactivity for groups trainings.
