Freelance Opportunity –  #Industrial/  #Organizational  #Psychologist

• • We’re looking for a freelance industrial/organizational psychologist with experience in behavioral assessment, psychometric model design, and validation of complex human performance data — ideally within leadership, decision-making, or team dynamics contexts.
  • This is for an early-stage venture building immersive leadership simulations — part game, part assessment engine, part strategic learning lab. We’re currently developing and refining the MVP, with structured milestone-based deliverables.
• You’d work alongside a small, agile team to:
  
  • Design behavioral frameworks
  • Support validation protocols
  • Analyze playtest data for insight and iteration
  • Help shape the backbone of a novel, evidence-based leadership product
  • Strong understanding of psychometrics, assessment tools, and human behavior in high-pressure scenarios is a must.
• This is a freelance role, tied to specific deliverables and timelines — not a cofounder role. That said, if the chemistry and timing align, this collaboration could evolve into something more.
